Shipping Information
Shipping Location
Currently, we only ship within the USA. If you would like to receive outside the USA, please email us at info@nakamapet.com.
Shipping Charge
Shipping charges vary by products, and will be displayed at checkout according to your choice of products.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered with either DHL, UPS, or EMS depending on the products from Japan.
Delivery Date and Time
The date and time of your delivery cannot be specified but it usually takes from 5 to 10 calendar days.
Estimated Time of Departure
We typically ship within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Please note:
・All items will be shipped from Japan.
・Your order may be subject to the customs duties and taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges that arise after shipment.
・A commercial invoice will be provided to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import/export laws and regulations, we will not accept requests to alter the order amount on the commercial invoice to a lesser value.
・We are unable to change the shipping address, or amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
・One shipping address may be specified per order.
・Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic, weather, and local circumstances.
・If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.
・If you have a physical shop and would like to sell our products, please email us at info@nakamapet.com with information about your shop.
Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Customers cannot cancel an order after it has been processed. We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape and color of each item.
Returns and Exchanges
No returns nor exchanges will be accepted other than correction of errors.
In the event you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, soiled or may be defective, please email us at info@nakamapet.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery providing as much detail as possible as to the reasons for your return.
If we are determined to be at fault, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us and the item will be replaced with the same product (if a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered).
